This Banana Bread is so moist – the secret ingredient is Sour Cream! The batter works well for muffins and bread. For muffins, bake for 25 minutes; for bread, bake for 50 minutes.
I sprinkled the tops with Cinnamon Sugar and Walnuts and Pecans. Placing the nuts on top allows them to get toasted which enhances their flavor – and makes them crunchy.
Enjoy!

Your banana breads look scrumptious Susan! I like those fancy holders you baked them in. Sour cream does work wonders – I love to use it in my baking – Greek yogurt works good too.

Thanks, Reeni!
I ordered the papers from the King Arthur Flour catalog – not only do they look great, the pans are so much easier to clean! I’ll have to try the Greek Yogurt sounds good – I’ll bet it adds a nice tanginess.
All the best,
Susan
