Fresh Halibut Tacos
Sprinkle lightly with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning on both sides.
Place Halibut in a fish basket and grill over medium heat for about 7 minutes per side - our piece was about 1 pound and was just perfect for 4 large tacos.
Serve grilled Halibut on Flour Tortillas with:
Shredded Cabbage
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Avocado Pico de Gallo
4 Tomatoes, seeded and diced
4 Green Onions, finely sliced
1 ripe Haas Avocado, peeled and diced
About 8 sprigs fresh Cilantro, minced
Juice of 1/2 a Lime
