Steak Cobb Salad with Blackberry Lime Vinaigrette

Steak Cobb Salad

Line pasta bowls with shredded Romaine Lettuce
Top with:
Thinly sliced cooked Steak
Quartered hard-boiled Eggs
Diced Avocado
Cherry Tomatoes
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Bacon Bits
And, pretty much anything else you like!



Blackberry Lime Vinaigrette
Blend together:
1 teaspoon Country Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Shallot, minced
8 -10 leaves fresh Mint, chiffonade
Salt and Pepper to taste

Enjoy!
