This week's French Fridays with Dorie challenge is for this wonderful summer salad bursting with flavor. The link above takes you to the original recipe. We customized it a little bit. First, we lined our plates with spring greens from our garden. Then, we roasted the tomatoes with the nectarines to give them more flavor. In addition to the corn, we scattered cubed avocado and blueberries among the scallops. We also used limes, basil, and a tomato all from our garden.

I was really surprised how much I enjoyed the grilled nectarine. It would have been wonderful with a scoop of ice cream in it, too!
